摘要:针对开关磁阻电机功率变换器单相开关管短路故障和开路故障,利用BIT强大的故障诊断能力,实现了功率变换器开关管故障定位,缩短了功率变换器故障诊断周期。在分析开关磁阻电机系统正常三相电压在时间上的内在关系的基础上,设计了故障相电压补偿控制器,供给故障相相应的电压进行容错控制,并在Matlab/Simulink中搭建系统模型进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,该方法消除了系统的转矩死区,为开关磁阻电机系统容错控制提供了新思路。
关键词:功率变换器;故障诊断;容错控制;开关磁阻电机 Abstract: Considered to power converter switchesshort and opencircuit fault of switched reluctance machine, it located the fault and minished the diagnosis hour by utilizing the fault diagnosis ability of BIT. Through analyzed three phases voltage correlation of switched reluctance machine system on time under the normal condition, it designed voltage compensatory controller to provide correspond voltage for fault phase, then built systems model on Simulink to validate this method. The result showed that systems torque indentation was eliminated. Besides, it provided new thought for faulttolerant control of switched reluctance motor.
