摘要:无铁心轴向磁场永磁同步发电机(AFPMSG)以其特殊的结构形式、优异的性能表现成为近年来广泛研究的电机拓扑结构之一。文中简述了无铁心AFPMSG的结构及原理,分析了电机电磁设计要点,设计了1 kW轴向磁场永磁同步发电机,利用电磁场有限元分析软件Ansoft建立电机模型并仿真分析,研究了电机在空载和负载条件下的输出性能,验证了电机设计的合理性。研究结果表明:无铁心AFPMSG具有更好的电磁性能输出,电枢反应较小,低速运行平稳,同时具有较小的电磁转矩,适合低速应用场合。

Abstract: Coreless axial flux permernent magnet synchronous generator has been a hot topology due to its special structure and good performance. In this paper, the structure and basic principle were introduced. Analysis on the main design points was executed and 1 kW AFPMSG was designed. By electromagnetic finite element simulation software Ansoft, a simulation model was constructed and output characteristic was researched under load and no-load condition. The results present to be reasonable and a conclusion can be got: the output of coreless AFPMSG is better with little armature reaction and electromagnetic torque. The operation at low speed is steady which is suitable for use in low speed field.
