摘要:针对一种电磁致动器的电磁力进行分析,基于Ansoft Maxwell电磁仿真软件进行三维静磁场的参数化仿真,根据仿真结果总结工作气隙、驱动电流等参数对电磁力的影响规律。设计测试实验,对仿真结果进行验证,结果表明仿真与实验结果具有较好的一致性,为该电磁致动器的进一步设计和应用提供了可靠依据。 关键词:电磁致动器;电磁力;Ansoft;有限元仿真;实验 Abstract: The electromagnetic force of an electromagnetic actuator was analyzed in this paper. The influence [JP2]of air gap, current and other parameters on electromagnetic force was observed according to threedimensional[JP] parametric simulation based on Ansoft Maxwell. The test results showed that the simulation results were correct and feasible, providing reliable foundation for the further design and application of the actuator.
