摘 要:针对步进电动机转速升高时电机绕组电流平均值减小所造成的输出转矩下降的问题,提出了一种基于AT89C2051单片机的步进电机控制器。控制器利用恒流斩波的原理,根据绕组电流大小实时调整斩波占空比,使绕组电流稳定在给定值。由于集成PWM波生成电路SG3525的使用,斩波频率维持恒定,有效地降低了斩波时的开关损耗,并经实验予以验证。 关键词:单片机;步进电动机;斩波恒流;集成功率驱动
Abstract: Developed a step motor controller based on AT89C2051.The controllev could solved the problem of the output torque drops with the decrease of winding average current,when step motor speed increased.The step motor controller which was utilizing the theory of chopping wave for constant current modulates the duty ratio in real time to steady the winding current to the given value.With the integrated PWM generation circuit,SG3525,the chopping switch loss was diminished because of the constant chopping frequency.
