摘 要:该文基于异步电机等效电路模型和大型通用有限元仿真软件Ansys中的场路耦合模块,对鼠笼电机在不同转差下的电磁转矩进行求解,其中计及了饱和效应和集肤效应。采用了一种伪静态的方法,即计算过程中不转动转子,而将不同转差下转子转动中的各物理量归算到定子侧,并运用时步有限元法得出了电机的转差-转矩曲线。计算结果证明了该方法的有效性。 关键词:感应电机; 电磁转矩; 场路耦合;时步有限元;ANSYS
Abstract: Based on the equivalent circuit model of asynchronous motor and the field-circuit coupled model of Ansys, this paper mainly calculated the electromagnetic torque of squirrel cage motor under different slip states and the saturation and skin effect were considered. A pseudo-static method was adopted, which convertd the parameters in rotor side to stator side without rotating the rotor. The slip-torque curve of the motor applying time-stepping finite element method was also obtained. The calculation result proves that this method is valid.
