摘要:结合电动阀门电机的功能和特点,分析开关磁阻电机在电动阀门中的应用优势。利用仿真软件Ansoft,通过磁路计算和磁场计算相结合的方式,确定电机基本参数。建立12/8极开关磁阻电机有限元分析模型并进行有限元分析,根据仿真结果总结电机的磁场分布和运行特性,为阀门用开关磁阻电机的进一步研究和控制打下了基础。
关键词:电动阀门;开关磁阻电机;参数设计;有限元分析 Abstract: Combining with the functions and features of electric valve motor, this article analysed the switched reluctance motor advantages in electric valve application. The motor basic parameters were confirmed by the RMxprt and Maxwell 2D of Ansoft, established the 12/8 SRM finite element analysis model and analysed it. According to the simulation results summarized the characteristics of the SRM, gave the foundation of further research and the control type for SRM used by valve.
