摘 要:文章采用有限元时步法设计直驱式永磁力矩电机,以场路耦合基本方程为依据,设计计算了电机空载和负载运行性能。在此基础上,研制了一台72 N•m样机。感应电动势、电流计算波形和实测结果均较为一致,验证了设计分析的正确性和有效性。 关键词:直驱式;永磁力矩电机;时步法
Abstract: Time-stepping finite element analysis was applied for design and simulation of direct drive permanent magnet torque motors. According to the field-circuit coupled equations unload and load performances were computed. Based on the design, a prototype motor was manufactured. The calculated curves of the electromotive forces and currents were compared to test ones for confirming the validity of the proposed method.
