摘要:首先建立并分析了永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)的dq轴动态数学模型,并给出了伺服系统所采用的控制策略: 的矢量控制方案,磁链追踪电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制技术,梯形速度给定曲线,数字PID控制算法,电流、速度采样采用数字滤波算法。接着对永磁同步直线伺服控制系统设计与实现,搭建了基于DSP和IPM的永磁直线同步电机伺服控制系统硬件系统。最后,在永磁直线同步直线电机伺服控制系统的实验平台上进行了空载实验,给出了实验结果并进行了分析,实验结果验证了控制策略的有效性以及所设计的电路的正确性,同时表明该伺服系统能够稳定可靠运行。
关键词:永磁直线同步电机;磁链追踪电压空间矢量控制;伺服控制系统;DSP Abstract: On basis of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motors dq shaft dynamic mathematical model, and it gave the servo systems control strategy: id=0,flux tracking voltage space vector pulse width modulation ( SVPWM ) control technology, trapezoidal velocity curve, digital PID control algorithm, speed, current sampling by means of digital filtering algorithm. Then the permanent magnetic linear synchronous servo control system’s design and implementation, was built based on DSP and IPM of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo control system. Finally, the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo control system was carried out on the experimental platform of noload. By analyzing, the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the strategy and the design of the circuit is correct, and the servo system can be stable and reliable operation.
