摘要:本文介绍了基于功率驱动模块LHKF10003T01的无刷直流电机控制系统设计。对控制系统的电磁兼容滤波电路、电源变换电路、传感器接口电路、控制及驱动电路进行了详细设计,并对控制系统进行了热分析和可靠性分析,对控制系统进行了电磁兼容试验验证,该控制系统设计能够满足系统产品需求。 关键词:无刷直流电机 ;控制系统;LHKF10003T01;热分析;可靠性 Abstract: This paper investigated the hardware difference and the difficulty of implementing in the squarewave and sinusoidal drives. For an optimized synchronous reluctance machine (SynRM), the electromagnetic torque, efficiency and power factor were compared by adopting these two drive methods.
