摘要：近年来，“节能环保”已成为空调领域的发展主题，变频压缩机的节能、环保及低成本方面愈来愈受到人们的重视。本文首先简要分析了无稀土永磁辅助同步磁阻电机的工作原理，明确了电机特性；然后设计出一种无稀土永磁辅助同步磁阻电机，通过与相同外径稀土永磁同步电机的对比，得出本设计电机的应用优势；最后，将其成功应用于变频压缩机当中，得到了良好的使用效果。

Abstract: Recently, "energy-saving and environmental-protection" has become the developmental subject for the inverter air conditioner, the aspects of the high-efficiency and the low-cost of variable speed compressor got more and more attention. Firstly, this paper analyzed briefly the principle of the rare-earthless permanent-magnet-assisted synchronous reluctance motor (PMaSynRM), fixed on the characteristics of motor. Then it designed a sort of PMaSynRM used the hard ferrite magnets, and while it was contrasted with the earthless inner permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) in the same size, got the advantage of application of the PMaSynRM. At last, the rare-earthless PMaSynRM was applied successfully in the variable speed compressor in the fact, and the effect of the application is favorable.
