摘 要:双转子径向永磁电机可以大大提高转矩密度和效率。该文首先简要介绍了双转子径向永磁电机的基本结构、原理、特性及设计依据,然后采用等效磁路法对气隙磁密进行了解析,最后利用有限元法对所设计电机进行了静态磁场的分析和气隙磁密计算值的验证。结果表明,双转子径向永磁电机在磁场上可看作由共用定子铁心的两个传统内、外转子永磁电机并联而成,气隙磁密的解析值和有限元计算值也吻合得较好,证明了分析和设计的可行性。 关键词:双转子径向永磁电机;气隙磁密计算;静态磁场;有限元分析
Abstract: Dual-rotor radial-flux permanent magnet machines can substantially improve the torque density and efficiency.This paper briefly introduced its basic structure,operation principle,characteristics and design basis,calculated the airgap flux density based on the equivalent magnetic circuit.In addition,to analyze the magnetostatic field and prove the effectiveness of the calculated flux density with the finite element method.The results show that the magnetic field of dual-rotor radial-flux permanent magnet machines can be regarded as a parallel combination of two traditional inner and outer permanent magnet machines shared a common stator core and the airgap flux density values calculated by the analytic and finite-element method match well,which verifies the feasibility of the analysis and design.
