摘 要:针对游梁抽油机的电机大多数处于轻载运行的情况,提出了一种双绕组节能电机的设计方法,即定子绕组由一个多匝绕组和一个少匝绕组串联而成;多匝绕组的功率大,串联少匝绕组的功率小,但串联以后的功率因数高、效率高。电机外部采用切换装置,在轻载时,将两个绕组串联后投入运行;满载时,只用多匝绕组运行。这样在轻载时获得了很好的节能效果。 关键词:游梁抽油机;感应电机;节能
Abstract: For the motor to beam pumping unit in the most light-load motor running,the paper presented a design on two-windings energy-saving motor,established by more than one turn winding and a little turn from winding series.Turn Winding more power,less series after winding turn on the power,but after the series of high power factor,high efficiency.Motor external switching devices used in light-load.It will be two series after winding put into operation in the full,the only multi-turn winding operation,in a light-load on the access to a good energy saving effect.
