摘要:针对模拟永磁风力并网发电系统中发电机的应用,提出了一种双层分数槽绕组永磁同步风力发电机。介绍了永磁同步风力发电机的结构特点,并计算电机的结构尺寸。通过利用有限元软件对电机的静态和瞬态磁场进行了建模仿真计算,还通过解析法对气隙磁场进行了计算,同时还分析了风力发电机的磁场云图、自转转矩。另外还对发电机在自转后的电压、电流、磁链径向磁密及其FFT,涡流损耗,齿槽转矩进行了分析。结果与设计相符,为模拟永磁风力并网发电机的研究和该类发电机的优化提供了新的思路和参考。 关键词:永磁同步;磁场;FFT;分数槽
Abstract: Aiming at the application of generator in the simulation of permanent magnet wind power grid connected generation system, a two level fractional slot winding permanent magnet synchronous generator was proposed. The structural characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator were introduced, and the structural size of the motor was calculated and determined. By using FEA software, the static and transient magnetic field of the motor were modeled and simulated, and the air gap magnetic field was calculated by analytical method, and the magnetic field and rotation torque of the wind turbine were also analyzed. In addition, the voltage, current, flux density and FFT, eddy current loss and cogging torque of the generator after rotation were analyzed. The results coincide with the design, which provides a new idea and reference for the simulation of the permanent magnet wind power grid connected generator and the optimization of the generator.
