摘要:本文针对航空用电力推进系统的高可靠性要求,提出了双余度永磁容错电机驱动系统的拓扑结构。将功率管开路、短路和电机绕组短路故障转化为电机绕组开路故障,进而为系统的容错控制提供了便利。通过深入研究三相永磁容错电机正常态和一相开路故障态时电压空间矢量的分布规律,设计了一种具有容错能力的永磁容错电机直接转矩控制策略。Matlab仿真结果表明,当发生一相开路故障时,系统输出转速和转矩基本不变,从而验证了本文研究的直接转矩控制策略的可行性。

Abstract: A faulttolerant permanent magnet (FTPM) motor drive with redundancy was proposed to improve the reliability of critical electric propulsion system. It can be convenient in faulttolerant motor control if converting the switch opencircuit or shortcircuit fault in inverters and winding shortcircuit fault into opencircuit. In order to establish the direct torque control (DTC) strategy with fault tolerance, a deep study was carried out on the distribution of the phase voltage space vector in the normal state and one phase open circuit fault state. The simulation results showed that the speed and torque of this motor drive were almost kept the same under the onephase fault condition. Therefore, the proposed DTC strategy is feasibility.
