摘要:为满足某飞机电动舵机伺服驱动系统的需要,本文针对双余度无刷直流电动机进行了深入研究。对双余度无刷直流电动机伺服系统的故障类型及其特点进行分析,研究系统的几种主要故障表现形式及其对电机性能的影响,给出逆变器和位置传感器故障的检测方法。为提高系统可靠性,进行了余度设计,研究系统的余度管理问题。最后在样机上进行实验研究,包括机械特性、开环特性和闭环特性实验,实验结果验证了设计的正确性,满足电动舵机驱动系统的要求。 关键词:电动舵机;双余度;无刷直流电动机;余度管理 Abstract: To meet the needs of electric steering engine rudder servo system,a dualredundancy brushless DC motor was researched, different faulttypes of servo system were classified. The performance of motor influenced by some main fault was analyzed, and the method for motor fault detection of inverter and sensor were given. To improve reliability, redundant system with redundancy management was designed. Finally, the experimental results verify the design can meet the electric steering engine system requirements.
