摘 要:卫星天线指向机构是通讯卫星和中继卫星等航天器的关键部件之一。为了达到卫星天线指向机构的高精度大力矩控制,设计了一种基于DSPC31+FPGA数字控制器的控制系统实现方案。该系统以分离器件搭建的轴角解码系统获取旋转变压器的位置信号,并采用矢量控制的方法驱动永磁同步电机。实验结果表明,本控制系统最大输出力矩可达到50 Nm。在带50 kgm2转动惯量的模拟负载时,定位误差小于±28″且运动过程平稳,实现了指向机构高精度大力矩控制,对于卫星综合性能的提高具有重要的意义与应用价值。 关键词:轴角解码;矢量控制;高精度;大力矩;高可靠
Abstract: The satellite antenna pointing mechanism is one of the key parts for the spacecraft such as the communication and relay satellites. A control system based on the digital controller DSPC31 and FPGA is introduced to realize the high precision and high torque control of the satellite antenna pointing mechanism. The system obtains the position signal of the resolver through the resolver-to-digital conversion system built by the separating devices, and drives the permanent magnet synchronous motor by the vector control method. The results show that the maximum output torque of this control system could reach 50Nm when loaded with 50 inertial moment, the steering error is less than ±28″with a stationary motion process, which can realize the high precision and high torque control of the direction mechanism, and is of great significance and value for the comprehensive properties improvement of the satellite.
