摘 要:针对传统的风机过滤器单元(FFU)控制器存在效率低、噪音大、控制精度差等的缺点,设计了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的单相交流FFU智能控制器。阐述了智能控制器的控制原理和实现方法,并给出了软硬件设计。实验和工程应用测试结果均表明了该智能控制器较传统控制器的优越性。 关键词:风机过滤单元;智能控制;数字信号处理
Abstract: Aiming at some shortcomings of the traditional fan filter unit(FFU) controller,sunch as low efficiency, noise and low-precision control, a intelligent controller for single-phase alternate current FFU was designed based on the digital signal processor(DSP).The control method was analyzed and the hardware circuit and software design of controller were expounded.
