摘要:在详细分析单相三电平整流器谐波产生原因及特性的基础上,针对低次谐波含量过高给出一种基于N次陷波器和多重化准比例谐振控制器的双闭环抑制算法,针对中性点电位失衡增大谐波含量的问题给出了一种基于滞环调节的抑制算法。基于N次陷波器和多重化准比例谐振控制器的双闭环抑制算法能够在大幅抑制网侧电流谐波的前提下,保持良好的幅频特性并实现对交流信号的无稳态误差控制;基于滞环调节的中性点电位控制能有效平衡上下支撑电容的电压并减小对应的谐波含量,进一步实现了抑制网侧电流谐波的目的。最后通过Matlab/Simulink仿真验证了该方法的正确性与有效性。 关键词:单相三电平整流器;陷波器;多重化准比例谐振控制器;中点电位控制;谐波抑制
Abstract: Based on the detailed analysis of the causes and characteristics of harmonic generation in singlephase threelevel rectifier, a double closedloop suppression algorithm based on Norder notch filter and multiheavy quasiproportional resonance controller was presented for the high harmonic content of singlephase threelevel rectifier. A hysteretic regulation based suppression algorithm was proposed for increasing harmonic content in neutral point potential imbalance. The double closed loop suppression algorithm based on Norder notch and multiplex quasiproportional resonance controller can maintain good amplitudefrequency characteristic and realize the unsteady error control of AC signal under the premise of suppressing the current harmonics of the network side significantly. Neutral point potential control based on hysteresis regulation can effectively balance upanddown support electricity. The voltage of capacitance and the corresponding harmonic content were reduced, and the purpose of restraining the current harmonics on the network side was further realized. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the method were verified by Matlab/Simulink simulation.
