摘要:医用全自动染色仪中的电机需要较大的调速范围和精密的控制方法,永磁同步电机非常适合此应用。设计了一种基于矢量控制的适用于医用全自动染色仪的永磁同步电机驱动系统,对电机的加速阶段和制动阶段进行了改进。在加速阶段,使用阶梯型加速的方法实现电机加速时间可控;在制动阶段,比较了能耗制动、反接制动与短接制动三种制动方法,选择使用短接方法进行减速,在速度接近目标转速时恢复矢量控制的方案。此外,根据永磁同步电机矢量控制原理,自主设计了驱动电路,并使用此驱动电路进行了相关实验,实验结果验证了文中提出的驱动系统的可行性和可靠性。 关键词:永磁同步电机;矢量控制;阶梯加速;短接制动
Abstract: Automatic slide stainer requires a wide range of speed and precise control of the main motor, the permanent magnet synchronous motor is fit for this application. A PMSM drive system which improving accelerating and braking stage based on vector control was proposed in this paper. Specifically, proposing a ladderlike accelerate method to control accelerating time. At braking stage, firstly using short connected braking strategy and then switching to vector control when rotor speed is close to final speed. Besides, designed PMSM driving circuit based on vector control techniques. Finally, some experiments were presented and the results verified the practicability and reliability of this driving system.
