摘要:应用于液压开关阀的动铁式开关电磁铁的电磁特性具有高度非线性,从电气结构上该类电磁铁具有单相变磁阻电机的特点,因此不能直接适用于位置控制。论文在该电磁铁基础上增加一套测量用副绕组,通过数学模型和Ansoft仿真分析得出,由于磁路磁阻不同,PWM控制方式下动铁位置和工作电流以及副绕组感应电压的关系特性,以及不同频率下副绕组感应电压的特性,为实现开关电磁铁的无位移传感器的位置辨识和估计提供理论基础。
关键词:动铁式;电-机械转换器; 主绕组; 副绕组 Abstract: The solenoid used in hydraulic switch valve electromagnetic characteristics is highly non-linear. From the electrical structure, the type of magnet has variable reluctance motor characteristics. Solenoid itself can not be directly applied to position control. Based on the increased-secondary winding of a measurement in the electromagnet, as different magnetic resistance, under PWM control mode moving iron position and operating current as well as the relationship between the secondary winding induced voltage characteristics can be obtained through the mathematical model and Ansoft simulation analysis, and the main-winding current characteristics of different frequencies was also given. These provided a theoretical basis for identification and estimation position of the switching solenoid control without position displacement sensor.
