摘 要:为了研究底座参数对平板线圈电磁发射装置发射性能的影响,采用Maxwell 2D软件建立了二维电磁发射装置仿真模型并分析了底座材料、底座厚度、底座与平板线圈距离对电磁发射装置发射性能的影响。仿真结果表明:用合成纤维底座代替钢制底座,可大幅提高发射装置的发射性能;当采用钢制底座对线圈加固时,在保证机械强度的前提下,降低钢制底座的厚度,同时增加其与平板线圈的轴向和径向距离可有效提高发射装置的发射性能。在对仿真结果分析后,提出了底座的工程设计方法。仿真结果和设计方法对电磁发射装置加固底座的工程设计具有一定的指导意义。 关键词:平板线圈;材料;厚度;距离;仿真
Abstract: To study the influence of the parameter of reinforced based on performance of pancake coil electromagnetic launching equipment, based on Maxwell 2D soft, established 2D simulating model of electromagnetic launching equipment and analyzed influence of material of base, thickness of base, distance between base and pancake coil on performance of electromagnetic launching equipment. Simulation results illustrate that substituting synthetic fiber for steel base can improve the performance of electromagnetic launching equipment. While using steel base to reinforce pancake coil, under the premise of ensuring mechanical strength, decreasing thickness of steel base and at the same time increasing the axial and radial distance between base and pancake coil can improve launching performance. After analyzing simulating results, engineering method was brought forward. Simulation result and designing method are benefit to design reinforced base of electromagnetic launching equipment.
