摘要:介绍了力矩电机直接传动在起重机提升机构中的应用,针对提升机构的快速下放控制,分析了力矩电机弱磁调速控制原理以及影响其运行范围的主要因素,考虑dq轴电流环限幅参数的影响,提出了一种基于改进电流环的电压外环弱磁控制策略。结合空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)过调制算法,进一步扩大了弱磁调速运行范围。最后利用STM32微控制器实现了力矩电机弱磁调速控制系统,并通过实验验证其有效性。 关键词:力矩电机;弱磁控制;电流环;过调制算法
Abstract: This paper introduced the application of directdrive lowspeed torque motors in cranes. To achieve the rapid down control of cranes, the principle of fluxweakening control of torque motors and its main influencing factors were analyzed. Considering the effects of the amplitude limit parameters in dq axis current loop, the voltageloop fluxweakening control scheme based on the improved currentloop was proposed. Then, the operating region of fluxweakening speed control for the torque motors was further extended with the overmodulation algorithm of SVPWM. The proposed fluxweakening speedcontrol system of the torque motors was realized by STM32 microcontroller, and it was verified with experiments.
