标题:力矩波动测试方法研究及测试系统的构建

摘要:随着交流伺服系统的快速发展,伺服系统的各项性能指标在不断提高,准确检测影响其性能的力矩波动也成为一个关键点。本文立足于交流伺服系统的发展现状,在现有的力矩波动测试方法上探讨了一种新的测试方法,从理论角度对该方法进行分析论证。在此基础上,研制了一套力矩波动测试系统,并对其进行了可行性验证。用该测试系统对交流伺服电机系统进行试验,并对试验数据进行分析。结果表明该装置的研制方便了力矩波动的测试,提高了测试精度。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the servo system, the performance of servo system is constantly improving, and the testing of the torque ripple of AC servo system has become a key point. In this paper, a new testing method was discussed based on the existing torque ripple testing method, which was based on the development of AC servo system. On this basis, a set of torque ripple testing system was developed, and its feasibility was verified. The AC servo motor system was tested by the test system, and the test data were analyzed. The results show that the system was convenient to test the torque ripple and improve the test precision.
