摘 要:研究了基于前置电流型两象限斩波器的无刷直流电机控制方法。介绍了电路的硬件结构,分析了利用该方法抑制电机的电流和转矩波动,改善电机制动特性的原理。在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立了控制系统的仿真模型,给出了仿真结果并与传统结构下的仿真结果进行了对比。结果表明,电流型两象限斩波器能够明显减少无刷直流电机电流和转矩波动,改善电机制动特性。 关键词:无刷直流电机;斩波器;电流波动;仿真模型
Abstract:This paper studied on the control system of BLDCM based on two-quadrant current chopper,analyzed the basic principle of current and torque ripple of BLDCM.Established a simulation model in Matlab/Simulink circumstance.The results of contrast between this method and conventional way confirm that the system based on two-quadrant current chopper has good effectiveness in decrease of torque ripple and brake operation of BLDCM.
