标题:利用瞬变电抗差异的SPMSM转子位置观测

摘要:针对不使用位置传感器时表贴式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)在静止和低速工况下对转子位置难以准确观测的困难,提出一种基于电枢绕组d、q轴瞬变电抗差异原理的转子位置观测新方法。该方法利用转子磁钢导电率分布在d、q轴位置的不对称,通过向电枢绕组注入高频脉振电压,从高频电流响应中提取出转子位置。分析表明,受到转子磁钢中感应电涡流作用的影响,d轴瞬变电抗会小于q轴瞬变电抗。二者的差异不仅取决于磁钢的形状,还与包裹磁钢的非磁性金属保护套以及注入信号的频率有关。文中给出了一台样机的有限元仿真分析结果,通过电机瞬变电抗差异的实测对分析结果进行了验证。

Abstract: A new rotor position observation method based on the difference between d and q axis transient reactance was proposed, aiming at the problem of observing rotor position of surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) accurately at zero and low speed without position sensor. In this new method, the asymmetric conductivity distribution at d and q axes was used. By injecting high frequency pulse voltage rotor positon can be got from the high frequency current response. The analysis result indicated that d axis transient reactance was smaller than q axis transient reactance under the influence of eddy current in permanent magnets. The difference between d and q axis transient impedance was decided by the sleeve and the frequency of injected signal as well as the shape of permanent magnets. The finite element simulation result of a model machine was given. The measuring result of transient reactance verified the analysis result.
