摘 要:介绍了分数槽自起动永磁同步电机的设计方法,讨论了分数槽绕组、永磁体、定/转子设计中要注意的问题,并基于Ansoft的RMxprt磁路分析软件对电机参数进行磁路计算分析。设计并建立了较为准确的分数槽电机模型。主要研究了转子阻尼槽槽型尺寸对电机性能的影响,为分数槽绕组永磁电机的优化设计提供了可靠的参考依据。 关键词:分数槽;自起动;永磁同步电机;阻尼槽
Abstract: The design method on line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor with fractional-slot was introduced, the problems should be paid attention to on fractional-slot windings,permanent magnet and stator or rotor designing were discussed,and the parameters of the motor with magnetic circuit calculation were analyzed based on magnetic circuit analysis software Ansoft’s RMxprt.A more accurate motor model of fractional-slot was designed and built.The major researching on the effect to the motor performance with rotor damp slot dimension provided a reliable reference for optimal design of permanent magnet motor with fractional-slot winding.
