摘要:本文针对冷轧薄板激光焊接的控制特点,研究了焊机激光梁的工艺控制流程,并据此提出了实现该动作过程的伺服控制方案。系统主要由西门子S7-400、SIMODRIVE 611U变频器、1FK7交流同步伺服电机等来组成。采用PROFIBUS-3DP通信,保证了参数的快速、准确传递。实现了激光梁伺服控制的快速性和准确性。 关键词:激光焊机;PROFIBUS通信;变频器;定位控制
Abstract: The operation process of Laser beam of welding machine in the cold-rolled sheet metal production line were introduced, according to these designed the servo control scheme. Siemens s7-400, SIMODRIVE 611U inverter, 1FK7 AC synchronous servo motor, etc were adopted in the control system. The PROFIBUS-3 DP communication was also adopted to ensure the parameters of the rapid and accurate relay.The servo control of the laser beam could be carried out efficiently and accurately.
