摘 要:采用气隙磁位分布函数作为边界条件取代定子磁场,建立计及磁路饱和及齿槽效应影响的永磁同步电机磁体涡流损耗计算的二维有限元模型。对内置式钕铁硼永磁同步电机各次谐波磁场引起的永磁体涡流损耗进行分析计算。结果显示:磁路饱和对涡流损耗的影响很大,各次谐波中具有一阶齿谐波特征次数的谐波磁场是引起永磁体涡流损耗的主要因素。 关键词:内置式永磁同步电机;永磁体;涡流损耗;谐波;饱和
Abstract: A two-dimensional finite element model use to calculated magnet eddy current loss of permanent magnet synchronous motor was developed by adopting air-gap magnetic potential distribution function as boundary condition, taking into account the magnetic saturation and the slot effect. Permanent magnet eddy current loss caused by harmonic magnetic field of a interior permanent magnet synchronous machine was calculated using the model. The results indicate that magnetic saturation has great impact on eddy current loss, and those harmonic magnetic field having same order as 1th slot harmonic are the key factors to induce magnet eddy current loss.
