摘 要:内置式永磁同步电机d、q轴间存在交叉耦合,对大转矩高饱和运行工况影响显著。在永磁同步电机的有限元模型基础上,采用冻结磁导率的方法分离出内置式永磁同步电机的交叉耦合磁链及其电感,并据此重建转矩方程,进而分析交叉耦合对于内置式永磁同步电机电磁转矩的影响。 关键词:内置式永磁同步电机;交叉耦合;转矩特性
Abstract: An Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(IPMSM) has magnetic cross-coupling impact between direct-axis (d-axis) and quadrature-axis (q-axis) , which makes significant influence on the motor when it is highly saturated and operated with high torque .On the basis of FE model of IPMSM, this paper used frozen permeabilities method (FPM)to separate the d-and q-axis cross-coupling flux linkage and inductance from IPMSM magnetization. Then, the torque equation was rebuild, and a further analysis of the influence of magnetic cross-coupling impact on IPMSM’s electromagnetic torque was made.
