摘要:文章介绍了一种优化内置式永磁同步电动机转子形状的方法。该方法通过B样条曲线来确定电机转子表面形状的变量,然后在Ansys软件中建立电机模型,定义设计变量、约束变量和目标函数,最后选择优化方法进行优化分析。分析结果表明:转子表面形状优化后,电机气隙磁场的谐波分量明显较少,从而降低永磁电机的转矩脉动,提高电机的伺服性能。
关键词:内置式永磁同步电动机;优化;B样条曲线;转矩脉动 Abstract: A method to optimize rotor shape of interior permanent synchronous motor was introduced in this paper. The B-spline curve was used to get variables of rotor shape. By using Ansys, the motor model could be built; the design variables, striction variables and objection function could be defined; and then the optimization methods could be chosen for optimization analysis. The analysis results indicate that the harmonic contents of the motor air-gap flux density and the motor′s torque ripple reduce obviously after the optimization. It accounts for that the motor′s servo performance was improved by the optimization.
