摘要: 为了使整数槽内置式“V”型永磁同步电动机平稳运行,本文采用磁极偏移和转子偏心相结合的方法来降低电动机的齿槽转矩。基于Maxwell 2D对磁极偏移角度和转子偏心距进行扫描,得到最佳偏移角度和偏心距,这样为永磁同步电机降低齿槽转矩提供了一种可靠的方法。最后试制样机,通过和原先电机对比分析可知,电机的电气性能得到改善。
关键词:内置式;永磁同步电动机;磁极偏移;转子偏心;Maxwell 2D;齿槽转矩 Abstract: In order to make the integer slots permanent magnet synchronous motor running smoothly, this paper used the method of the pole shift and rotor eccentricity were combined to reduce the cogging torque.The pole shift angle and the rotor eccentricity are scanning based on Maxwell2D, then got the best deviation angle and eccentricity, it provided a reliable method for reducing the cogging torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Finally, a prototype, through the contrast and analysis of the original motor, electrical performance of motor was improved.
