摘要:常规的矢量控制以绕组星形联接为前提,绕组为三角形联接时的基本电压矢量模值大小与方向均与星形联接时不同,不能直接套用原有矢量控制算法。本文从实际工程应用角度入手,着重讨论并解决了基本电压矢量差异、相电流求取与改进SVPWM算法3个关键问题。先从基本电压矢量图对比星三角接法的差异,然后利用直交轴电流与相电流零序分量无关的性质给出了一种三角形联接时的相电流求取方法,最后基于120°坐标系,提出一种三扇区改进SVPWM算法,该算法占用时间少,易于微机实现。仿真与实验结果验证了本文所提算法的正确性与高效性。 关键词:矢量控制;三角形联接;改进SVPWM
Abstract: The general vector control is based on winding in star connection, which cannot be applied in the motors with winding in delta connection directly due to the wide difference of the modulus and orientation of the basic voltage vectors. This paper mainly discussed and solved three key problems, including the difference of the basic voltage vectors, the calculation of phase current and the improved SVPWM. Firstly, the difference of the basic voltage vectors was discussed between the star connection and delta connection, and a method of calculation of the phase current was given based on the character that the d&qaxis current have nothing to do with the zerosequence current in phase current. Finally, an improved SVPWM was given based on 120°coordinate system, which costs less time and can be easily implemented in microcomputer. The results of simulation and experiment verified the validity and high efficiency of the proposed methods. Key words: vector control; delta connection; improved SVPWM
