摘要：直流力矩电机电枢用环氧树脂灌封后胶层开裂的问题，是直流力矩电机在生产制造过程中较为常见的一种问题。本文从灌封料配方及其它因素去分析，解决该类电机电枢灌封开裂。

Abstract: In the producing of DC torque motors armature, its a usual problem about the glue layer cracking after sealed with epoxy resin. This problem was analyzed from sealing compounds to other factors in this paper, so as to solve the crack of this kind of motors armature.
