摘要： 在优化工艺流程，寻找关键因素，控制与其相关的因素方面，尤其是针对多因素、有误差的试验，六西格玛DOE实验法是一种行之有效的试验安排方法。将DOE实验法应用于微电机的生产改进，不仅可以减少试验次数，缩短试验周期，且大大减少了试验经费，提高电机产品质量。通过实例说明了DOE实验法在微电机生产中的应用。
