标题:六相永磁无刷直流电机仿真分析

摘要:在大功率和低电压供电场合中,多相驱动系统比传统三相系统具有优势。通过分析六相永磁无刷直流电机的结构和特点,设计了其基本参数,研究了电枢绕组的结构及电动势矢量图,推导出电机的数学模型方程。利用Maxwell Circuit外电路编辑软件建立了场路耦合模型,采用Ansoft Maxwell软件对电机进行了有限元仿真分析。结果表明,六相永磁无刷直流电机转矩脉动小,运行平稳,在任何一套绕组出现故障时仍能输出动力,可靠性提高。

Abstract: Multiphasedrivingmotor is better than traditional three phase motor in supply situation of highpower and lowvoltage. The basic parameters of the six phase permanent magnet brushless DC motor were designed after the analysis of its structure and characteristics. Researched the structure and electromotive force vector of armature winding then deduced the mathematical model equation of the motor. A circuit model of coupled circuitfield was established by using the Maxwell circuit software. Based on the Ansoft Maxwell, noload back EMF,load torque and one winding fault were simulated. The simulation results show that the torque ripple of this motor is low and operation is stable. The motor can still output power with one faulty winding so the reliability is improved.
