摘  要：介绍一种全自动旋转变压器参数测试仪，用于在生产线上对旋转变压器产品进行快速测试。仪器采用标定角度测试形式，可以快速测量获取旋转变压器的电压零位点、极对数、角度值和标定角度误差。仪器采用LabVIEW软件编程，仅需一键操作即可实现所有功能，全部测试过程分5个阶段完成。在标定角度测试时仪器可以获得最高的测量精度，对应10位精度解码误差不大于±0.17578125°，随极对数增加误差将成倍减小。

Abstract: Introduced a kind of full automatic resolver parameters tester used in the production line in this paper. The instrument used calibration Angle manner, can quickly test form measurement for resolver zero potential point, poles, rotation-angle and calibration-error. The tester was programmed by LabVIEW and the testing functions be accomplished by one key, all of the testing process was accomplished in 5 phases.  The best precision of measurement can be achieved by use of calibration manner and max error is less than 0.17578125°by use a decoder whit 10-bit precision. The increase of the pole of resolver will decrease the testing error in multiply.
