标题:低频振动倍频电磁式发电装置设计及仿真研究

摘要:设计了低频振动倍频电磁式发电装置。该装置形成了闭合磁路,显著提高了能量转化效率。采用2片磁轭构成多齿结构,显著提高了铁心磁通的变化频率,使装置能够应用于低频振动环境。永磁体上下两侧嵌入衔铁,减少了漏磁量。通过数值仿真,分析了气隙宽度、永磁体半径、铁心横截面积和衔铁齿厚度对线圈最大磁感应强度的影响,并对装置进行了优化设计。利用动态仿真,得到了磁链和感应电压随时间变化的特性曲线。得出了装置的最大有效功率,并与其它设计方法的结果进行了比较,证明了该装置具有更加良好的输出性能,可以为低功耗的无线传感网络节点供电。

Abstract: The low frequency vibration frequency multiplication electromagnetic generator was designed.The device forms a closed magnetic circuit, and greatly improves the energy conversion efficiency. The 2 piece of magnetic yoke is used to form a multi tooth structure, which can significantly improve the frequency of the magnetic flux of the iron core, so that the device can be applied to the low frequency vibration environment. The permanent magnet embedded on both sides of the armature, reduced the amount of magnetic leakage. Through numerical simulation, analyzed the influence of air gap width, permanent magnet radius, the crosssectional area of the iron core and the armature tooth thickness on the maximum magnetic flux density, and the device was optimized design. By using the dynamic simulation, the characteristic curve of flux and induction voltage with time was obtained. The maximum effective power of the device was obtained, and compared with other design methods, it demonstrated that the device has better output performance, can power for the wireless sensor network node with low power consumption.
