标题:低转动惯量无铁心双定子永磁电机研究

摘要:无铁心双定子永磁电机是一种性能优异的新型电机,双定子加杯形转子的结构使得其具有转动惯量低、转矩密度高、响应时间短等特性。本文参照单定子永磁电机计算并设计一台双定子电动机,利用有限元仿真软件对这两种电机进行了有限元建模与仿真。结果表明,与同规格单定子永磁电机进行对比,双定子电机动态响应快、内外气隙磁密分布合理、带负载能力强且效率高,具有很高的应用价值。

Abstract:No back iron in rotor dualstator permanent magnet motor is a new type motor of high performance. Its unique structure of doublestator and cup rotor makes it has many advantages such as low inertia, high torque density, short response time and so on. In this paper, a dualstator permanent magnet motor, referencing to a single stator permanent magnet motor of same specification, was designed. Moreover, the models of the two motors were simulated in the finite element analysis software. Compared with the single stator permanent magnet motor, the simulation result verifies that the dualstator has shorter dynamic response time, reasonable distribution of internal and external airgap flux density, stronger load capacity and higher efficiency, which shows its high application value.
