摘要:研究优化极弧系数和磁极偏移对永磁电机齿槽转矩的影响,得出磁极偏移后齿槽转矩的表达式。并用有限元方法分析了一台6极电机的两种磁极偏移方法,得出最优极弧系数后,接着采用磁极偏移方法减小齿槽转矩,结果表明将这两种方法结合能极大地减小齿槽转矩。最后通过试验结果与有限元结果的对比分析,验证此方法的有效性,该方法能很好地削弱齿槽转矩。

Abstract: This paper studied the minimisation of cogging torque in permanent magnet machines-influence of optimal magnet pole-arc and magnet shifting. The expressions of the cogging torque for displacing one of the magnets were obtained. A 6-pole motor which could be shifted in two different ways was investigated with finite-element analysis. The results showed the cogging torque could be reduced significantly by magnet shifting which was employed after the optimal magnet pole-arc to pole-pitch ratio was selected. Finally, the comparisons between experimental results and the results of finite-element analysis verified the validity of this method which could weaken the cogging torque effectively.
