摘要:目前锂离子电池(LIB)组是井下电能的主要来源,但LIB技术存在一系列缺陷:成本、充电周期的限制、废物处理问题和可能出现的安全隐患。该文着力研究一种井下电能提供单元井下永磁同步发电机。在分析井下外转子永磁同步发电机设计特点的基础上,利用Matlab软件对一台改造后的2500 r/min、600 W 的井下永磁同步发电机样机进行了电磁设计分析并得到性能参数。通过函数分析了各个参数和空载输出电压的关系,并对发电机样机进行试验及结果分析。
关键词:外转子;永磁同步发电机;电磁设计 Abstract: In current downhole applications, lithium ion battery (LIB) packs are the primary source for electrical power, but downfalls of LIB technology are cost, limitations on charge cycles, disposal issues and possible safety hazards So this article mainly researehed on a downhole permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG)to produce power On the basis of analyzing design characteristic of the outer rotor generation,the electromagnetic design of a reconstructive 600 W PMSG prototype with 2500 r/min was analyzed through matlab,and got the result Using a function to analyse the relationship between the parameters and the unloading output voltage of the generator Through the testing of the prototype, the results verify the feasibility in practice
