摘 要:设计了基于SWM的二相混合式步进电机细分驱动器,采用现场可编程逻辑门列阵(FPGA)来实现步进电机的细分控制。采用电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转细分法来实现步进电机恒转矩细分,并利用脉宽调制(PWM)技术来控制步进电机励磁电流。测试表明,该细分驱动器工作稳定,有效克服了二相混合式步进电机的低频振动和高频失步等缺点,提高了步进电机运行性能,有较好的实用价值。 关键词:二相混合式步进电机;正弦脉宽调制;细分驱动;现场可编程逻辑门列阵
Abstract: A kind of control method for step motor is designed, control orders are sent to MSP430F149 via serial port, and then drive step motor. The chip CP2102 used in the serial communications and the chip A3901 can both work only a few components are needed, thus simplifying the drive and control circuits.
