摘要:由于磁阻性的转矩和开关电源的供电方式,较大转矩脉动成为开关磁阻电机较为突出的缺点,这也成为阻碍开关磁阻电机推广应用的一大障碍,无轴承开关磁阻电机作为一种特殊的开关磁阻电机同样存在转矩脉动大的问题。文章从电机转子结构的角度出发,研究了传统转子结构和宽转子结构的无轴承开关磁阻电机转矩脉动,为衡量转矩脉动,定义了转矩脉动系数,并在平均转矩相同的情况下,对转矩脉动系数作出定量分析;仿真结果证实了分析的正确性。 关键词:无轴承开关磁阻电机;控制策略;转矩脉动;转子结构
Abstract: The reluctance torque and the power supply mode of switchmode power supplies cause that torque ripple become a major disadvantage of switched reluctance motor. And torque ripple has proved an obstacle in the development and extend of switched reluctance motor. Bearingless switched reluctance motor as a special switched reluctance motor also exists the same drawbacks. On the basic of the rotors structure of motor, this paper researched the torque ripple of bearingless switched reluctance motor and bearingless switched reluctance motor with widen rotor. In order to measure the torque ripple, coefficient of torque ripple were defined. After then under the same average torque, the coefficient of torque ripple were calculated and analyzed.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme is effective.
