摘 要:采用频率、电压幅值双变量复合控制策略,对行波超声波电机进行速度控制,并在此基础上设计并实现了位置伺服控制。系统中所有控制器均为PID控制,并根据需要在转速起动控制中采用PID控制参数自适应调节,以提高系统鲁棒性。实验表明,控制方法简单、有效。 关键词:行波超声波电机;速度控制;伺服控制
Abstract:A compound speed controller was designed for travelling wave ultrasonic motor in this paper.The controller uses two variables,frequency and voltage amplitude,as the control variables.And then,based on this speed controller,the position servo control was designed and realized.All controllers in this system are PID controllers.To improve the robustness,adaptive PID control method was used in starting control according to the motor‘s nonlinear characteristics.Experiments show that the control system and the control method are simple and effective.
