摘 要:集中绕组电动机由于定子线圈绕在齿上,具有端部最小化、易于绕线、成本低等优点。提出了一种新的将分布绕组电机改型为集中绕组电机的方法。此方法直接在电机剖面结构图上进行新的绕组定义和齿形的改造,改型后电机具有不规则的齿宽。分别以一个整数槽电机和一个分数槽电机为例应用这种方法,并对原型机和改型机进行有限元分析。仿真分析结果表明改型后的电机基本保持了原型机的性能。根据这个方法设计制造了一台具有3种齿宽的方波电机样机。测试结果满意,验证了这种方法的有效性。 关键词:不规则齿;永磁同步电动机;有限元分析;集中绕组;实验
Abstract:The machines with concentrated windings around the teeth have some advantages,such as the minimization of end-windings,the simply making of coils,and the reduced cost,etc.A new method to generate a machine with concentrated windings from an original machine with distributed windings was proposed.According to the distinct characteristic of concentrated winding,this method redetermines the machine windings based on the cross section of the original machine.The teeth of the generated new machine had irregular widths.Both an integer slot motor and a fractional slot sine machine were studied using this method.The FEM simulation results showed that the original machine and the generated machine had similar performance.A prototype motor was made with 3 different widths.The test result was satisfying,the method was effective.
