标题:不同铁心材料在圆筒形永磁同步直线电动机中的对比研究

摘要:以传统叠装硅钢片为初级铁心的圆筒形永磁同步直线电机存在诸多不足,因其结构复杂不易加工制造,且磁场在初级铁心轭部与硅钢片叠压方向垂直,造成涡流损耗较大。因此本文提出以一种新型的软磁复合材料(SMCs)替代传统叠装硅钢片初级铁心的圆筒形永磁同步直线电机。首先建立了基于传统叠装硅钢片和软磁复合材料两种初级铁心材料的圆筒形永磁同步直线电机的二维有限元仿真模型,对两种结构电机仿真所得到的气隙磁场和空载反电势进行对比,并对电机带额定负载的运行性能进行了分析。仿真分析结果表明,两种电机的气隙磁场和空载反电势以及电机的带负载能力基本一致,以SMCs作为铁心的新型电机性能没有降低,因此用SMCs代替硅钢片制造该电机的初级铁心是可行的。

Abstract: There are many shortcomings in the tubular permanent magnet linear motor(TPMLM) with the primary iron core of the traditional laminated silicon steel sheet. Its structure is complex and difficult to manufacture, and the magnetic field is perpendicular to the laminated direction of primary iron core yoke resulting in large eddy current loss. A new soft magnetic composite materials (SMCs) was proposed to replace the traditional laminated silicon steel sheet making the primary core of TPMLM in the paper. Firstly, a twodimensional finite element simulation model of TPMLM was established, which was based on laminated silicon steel sheet and SMCs. Then a comparison was made between the airgap magnetic field, noload counter EMF and performance calculation in rated load torques of two kinds of structures. The simulation result shows that the airgap magnetic field and operating performance of the motor are basically meet the requirements, the performance of new motor with SMCs is not reduced. Therefore, it is feasible to replace silicon steel sheet with SMCs to make the primary core of the motor.
