摘要:电机作为驱动部件,其高可靠性一直是航空、航天产品关注的重点与难点,文章提出了一种绕组备份的方法来提高电机的可靠性。从电机绕组加工工艺性,电磁性能、转矩、转速以及抗极限故障工况的能力等方面对比分析了绕组均布上下层结构与绕组各占铁心槽数一半结构两种方案。通过比对分析结论,并且考虑电机工艺性、高可靠性等因素最终选取了绕组各占铁心槽数一半的方案进行电机绕组的结构设计。 关键词:无刷电机;高可靠;绕组;冗余设计 Abstract: As the driving part, the high reliability of the motor is the key and difficult point in the aviation and aerospace products. The article put forward a method to improve the reliability of the motor. From the motor winding processing technology, electromagnetic performance, torque, speed and resistance to limit fault conditions ability comparative analysis the winding cloth layer structure and winding each accounted for iron core slot count half structure scheme. By comparing the analysis conclusion, and consider motor processing technology, high reliability and other factors ultimately selected for the winding each accounted for iron core slot possibility of program structure design of motor winding.
