摘要:异步电机定子星形接法时的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术及其死区补偿策略已经得到了深入的研究,并且在电机控制领域有了广泛的应用,但是低压大功率电机特别是48 V电动车驱动电机采用三角形接法更好,而对于三角形接法时的SVPWM技术的相关研究还很少。本文在分析星形接法时的SVPWM技术的基础上,对应给出了与星形接法不同的三角形接法时的SVPWM算法,并分析了死区效应,提出了相应的死区补偿策略。使用Matlab/Simulink平台搭建了相应的模型进行仿真分析,在TMS320F28069芯片上进行算法实验验证,仿真和实验结果一致验证了所述三角形接法SVPWM算法及其死区补偿策略的正确性和适用性。 关键词:异步电机;空间矢量脉宽调制技术;三角形接法;死区补偿策略 Abstract: The SVPWM and its dead time compensation strategy for stator star connection of asynchronous motor have been researched deeply, and it has been widely used in the field of motor control. But for lowvoltage highpower motor, especially the 48 V electrical vehicle drive motor, Δconnected is better.However there are fewstudies on SVPWM for the Δconnected asynchronous motor. The Δconnected SVPWM algorithm was given based on the analysis of star SVPWM, the dead time effect was analyzed and the corresponding dead time compensation strategy was proposed. The simulation model was constructed based on the Matlab/Simulink platform and the experiment was based on the TMS320F28069 chip.The simulation and experiment results verified the correctness and applicability of the Δconnected SVPWM algorithm and the dead time compensation strategy.
