标题:三相双余度永磁电机设计及故障运行分析

摘要:提出一种定子双套绕组机械180°圆周连续分布的三相双余度永磁电机拓扑结构,共用同一个转子,构成两个互为热备份的子电机,并可对子电机进行单独控制。建立基于Ansoft/Maxwell 的有限元仿真模型,将该电机与常用的双绕组机械360°隔齿分布结构进行对比分析,比较研究了两种结构下的空载反电势、电感参数及稳态负载运行性能;此外搭建基于 Simplorer-Maxwel 的双余度控制系统的场路耦合仿真模型,分析该电机在3种故障模式下的转矩补偿性能。分析结果表明,双绕组机械180°圆周连续分布的三相双余度永磁电机具有更高的功率密度和良好的容错性能。

Abstract: A topology of threephase dualredundancy permanent magnet motor with two sets of stator windings occupying mechanical semicircle was presented in this paper. These two sets of stator wingdings share the same rotor, form backup mutually and can be controlled individually. Firstly, the FEA models of this kind of motor and another common tooth distribution structure with double wingdings occupying the whole mechanical circle were established in Ansoft Maxwell, to compare their noload back emf, inductances and steady state performance. Then the control circuit was built in Simplorer with the motor model imported from Ansoft Maxwell to analyze the torque compensation performance under three modes of fault working. The joint simulation results show that dualredundancy permanent magnet motor with two sets of stator windings occupying mechanical semicircle has higher power density and better faulttolerant performance.
