摘 要:分析了三相6/4结构开关磁阻电机结构和工作原理,给出了其数学模型。详细介绍了开关磁阻电机参数设计方法,并给出一台3 kW三相6/4结构开关磁阻电机实验样机参数。利用有限元分析软件Ansoft/ Maxwell对该样机的矩-角特性和磁路结构进行了仿真分析,并进行初步实验研究,仿真和实验研究结果验证了参数设计方法的正确性。 关键词:开关磁阻电机;工作原理;数学模型;参数设计;有限元分析
Abstract: the configuration and working principle of three-phase 6/4 poles switched reluctance motor were introduced. The mathematics models of this three-phase 6/4 poles switched reluctance motor were deduced. The methods of parameter design and calculation of the three-phase 6/4 poles switched reluctance motor were presented in detail. According to the methods of parameter design, designed and given the correlation parameter of a kind of 3kW three-phase 6/4 poles switched reluctance motor. The torque-angle characteristic and the magnetic flux path structure of this three-phase 6/4 poles switched reluctance motor are analyzed by using a finite element analysis software Ansoft/ Maxwell. The experimental results verified the correctness of the working principle and the methods of parameter design.
