摘要:空间矢量调制法与载波调制法常用于电机控制与电力电子装置控制。空间矢量调制法在多电平时计算复杂,而载波调制法简单易懂。论文以三电平三相四线有源滤波装置为研究对象,通过建立数学模型,分别计算三维空间矢量(3DSVPWM)与载波调制的开关作用时间。通过对比发现,三电平3DSVPWM的开关时间与同相层叠载波调制的开关时间一致,通过仿真实验分析验证推理的正确性。结果表明可以用同相层叠载波调制法代替采用邻近开关矢量拟合的三电平3DSVPWM调制。 关键词:三维空间矢量;载波调制;三电平三相四线有源滤波器;开关时间 Abstract: Space vector pulse width modulation SVPWM and carrierbased modulation are commonly applied in motor control and electronics devices. The calculation of SVPWM is complex in multilevel converter, while CBPWM still in simple. The paper toke three level 3phase 4wire active power filter device as research object, built up mathematical model, and calculated switching times in 3DSVPWM and CBPWM respectively. After comparisons, found that the switching times in 3DSVPWM are the same with in CBPWM. Simulation and experimental results validate the correctness of the deduction. So that can apply in phase stack CBPWM to replace nearest three space vector pulse width modulation. Key words: 3DSVPWM;CBPWM;three level 3P 4W APF;switching time
